Job Description
Our client is looking for a team to manage the full life cycle of the Brexit project. This team will create and present the regulatory project plans internally as well as to relevant stakeholders. Applicants should be able to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment and have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Part of the EU Program, the Book Lead will have a Book BA supporting the role
  • Work closely with Front office to consolidate Book requirements against a phased migration approach
  • Define and Drive target EU and book model/ list by migration phase with audited sign-off from book owners
  • Define mapping of products to books
  • Work with FOS team to ensure that set-up supports new downstream infrastructure flow and support book set-up testing activities undertaken by FOS program
  • Assist define book set-up plan and associated RAIDs and manage delivery of book set-up to agreed timescales
  • Define book set-up governance and assist  Book Lead to manage working group(s) to ensure controlled delivery
  • Manage resolution of book set-up design questions
  • Support book remediation/ closure planning for CSSEL (where applicable)
  • Look after the set up of the book client count within the systems that are being delivered by other people

Job Requirements
  • Familiarity with reference data set-up/ migrations preferred – Particularly Book Data
  • Familiarity with Product Control / Background in Product control - preferred
  • Familiarity with bank systems preferred but not essential
  • Strong competencies in project management in comparable business projects (legal entity or other large scale
  • migrations)
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work with senior management (D level)
  • Degree-level educated, ideally with Prince II or PMI-equivalent project management qualification
