Sikta Ghelani

Sikta Ghelani is an Assistant VP Change Manager in the US Futures Operations Team at an Investment Bank. Sikta currently works on an array of projects driven by Regulatory Reform, new Business initiatives, Exchange mandated changes and process improvement. She joined the bank in 2011 through Prospect 33, working within the Futures Operations Team in London and later that year had the opportunity to transfer to a role within their Team in New York. With an interest in project management, she took a lead role in a high-profile project, which opened the door for a permanent role at the bank within their Change Team in 2012. Sikta started her career in the Financial Industry in 2008 at UBS Investment Bank, in OTC Derivative Operations, while completing her MBA in International Business, from American International College (through the Mountbatten Internship Programme) in New York and Bangkok.
